Majestic Party Decor does not offer refunds for cancellations.
All events are scheduled in advance to ensure availability for each client’s special day. Once a reservation is completed, the selected items are removed from inventory and no longer available to other customers.
We strongly recommend confirming all event details prior to booking, as payments are non-refundable.
