Majestic Party Décor is an innovative rental boutique that was created out of need.  Yes need!  Not long ago, we planned our daughter’s wedding and like many brides she wanted it all. We were faced with purchasing these items at a high price and never using them again or selling them on the open market for pennies on the dollar.  Then we had a thought, why not rent to other brides who may be facing the same dilemma? At that moment the concept of Majestic Party Décor was born.  Every bride deserves to have it all, but sometimes budgets may not allow it. Majestic Party Décor is here to inspire you to create an event that reflects your unique personality with elegance while respecting your budget.  We offer a collection of beautiful embellishments that range from whimsical to rustic to modern chic.  Whether you are planning a wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, milestone birthday or anniversary we want to help you make your day spectacular!  Not a DIY’er that’s fine, rent from us and let us refer you to an event planner, party decorator or venue who can bring your dreams to life.  Now enough about us. WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

At the present time we deliver to Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Northern Atlantic Counties in New Jersey.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

​

All orders are placed online.  Start by adding each item to your WISHLIST by clicking on the heart icon in the product page.  Once you have selected all your items select VIEW WISHLIST located on the LOG IN bar at the top of the page.  This will provide you with a summary of all the items you would like to rent.  If your list is complete, you will then fill out the form based on what you have selected.  Please complete this form and select SUBMIT. You will receive a call from one of our sales consultants within 24 hours to review your quote. Once your quote has been confirmed by our team, an electronic rental agreement will be sent to you.  You will have 48 hours to sign, return your agreement and make your initial deposit. The rental agreement will provide final payment date and details of delivery. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS ARE NOT FINALIZED UNTIL DEPOSITS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.  FAILURE TO SUBMIT PAYMENT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ON TIME MAY RESULT IN YOUR WISHLIST BEING CANCELLED.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RENTAL?

We accept electronic payments of Zelle and CashApp.  We do accept Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit) but we charge a 3.5% service fee.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY RENTAL ORDER?

​

We suggest you reserve your rental items as soon as you have completed your event plans. For last-minute orders, please contact us directly for availability 856-304-7086. PLEASE REFER TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds due to cancellations.  Events are scheduled in advance to provide everyone with an opportunity to reserve equipment for their special day.  Once your reservation is completed online it removes the item from our inventory and prevents anyone else from renting.  We strongly suggest that you confirm your event plans prior to payment to avoid forfeiting any money.

DELIVERY 

​

Our rental items are fragile and very expensive, we do not allow customer pick-up or drop-offs, we reserve this job for our delivery team. Our delivery team will call you the day before your event to confirm delivery time and the day of your event to notify you delivery is on the way. Your rental will be delivered to the venue and placed in the hands of your party contact. We will not leave rentals at a venue without receiving signature from responsible party. It is your responsibility to make sure all rental items can be delivered to your venue.  The day of delivery is not the time to realize the rental items don’t fit in the door or in the room.  Please confirm with the venue prior to renting on delivery instructions.  For example, we do not carry rental items up flights of stairs.  Please do your homework prior to renting.

I DON’T HAVE A PARTY PLANNER OR DECORATOR, CAN I HIRE MAJESTIC?

​

Unfortunately, no.  Majestic Party Décor is in the rental business only.  However, we have compiled a list of Preferred Vendors for you.  Each of these vendors have been personally used by the Majestic team and come highly recommended. 

​

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE TIME OF MY EVENT?

​

Due to our preset rental schedule all rental items are subject to the designated drop off and pickup time on your rental agreement.  We will do our best to accommodate any time change you may experience in your event.  However, depending on other events we have scheduled for that same day it may not be possible to accommodate last-minute changes.  PLEASE NOTE:  ANY PARTY THAT ENDS AFTER MIDNIGHT OR IS STILL IN PROGRESS WHEN THE DELIVERY TEAM ARRIVES WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER FULL DAY RENTAL FEE.  Majestic will not wait for your party to end for pickup.  If your party should end early, it is your responsibility to secure the rental items in a safe place and contact our emergency contact line at (856) 304-7086 or (609) 668-3047 for early pickup.

WHAT HAPPENS IF INCLEMENT WEATHER OCCURS

​

Ladies and Gentlemen, we live in the Northeast.  We get strange weather every day. We strongly encourage you to have a solid plan B for your event.  We will not deliver or leave our rental items outside if there is inclement weather, or a threat of inclement weather forecast for that day.  We would be happy to deliver your items indoors. 
 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT NOT USED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF DAMAGES OR MISSING RENTAL ITEMS

​

Client/Renter is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until time of pickup.  All rental equipment must remain at the same location of delivery and must be ready for pickup at the designated time. Signature from Client/Renter is required at the time of delivery and time of pickup. Client/Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rental equipment and will be charged a fee in the event we must clean or replace any item damaged during your event.

 

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT PRIOR TO SIGNING WHICH OUTLINES DETAILS OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF RENTING OUR PRODUCTS.
